We are Volunteers who have been where you are now, we have experienced the worry, disbelief and despair of being told our dogs have Degenerative Myelopathy. We understand how you feel. 

Many of us have been involved with DM as it affected our own sweet pups over , to ultimately help find the cure for DM, the disease that took his beloved Shannon from him and to help those who are going through, or have gone through what he did. 

Registered in March 2014 as a 501(c)(3) non profit organization,

the legacy is continued to this day by unpaid volunteers who have experienced the insidious disease of DM with their own precious dogs.  The ambition is no less now, to support you the owners, create greater Awareness and Education about DM, and raise more funding for more research to eventually one day
